During this time I lost money because the bitcoin I was trying to transfer or at this time sell and withdraw the usd value dropped in price. They then send me another email saying if I verify my ID the transfer will go through same day but if I choose not to verify the transaction will go through in 72hrs anyway. The representative (Amid) told me he was showing that my ID was verified but yet I still can’t transfer. Once I receive my money I am closing this account and recommend no one opens an account here. I just don’t understand how I can be verified enough to deposit money in and be charged a fee but I can’t transfer, even after reverifying.
